This event marks the inaugural lunchtime roundtable of the CIPS-sponsored Fragile States Research Network, which provides a platform for the many researchers across faculties, schools and departments at the University of Ottawa who are working on state fragility issues to collaborate with each other and with colleagues at other institutions.
